NWIRP is a statewide legal services organization in Washington State. NWIRP promotes justice by defending and advancing the rights of immigrants through direct legal services, systemic advocacy, and community education.

We seek to research, plan, and lead a local, Democratic, non-violent resistance that defends our community, our liberties, and our democracy.

We organize to resist the exploitative economy that fosters fossil fuel expansion, funding and continued degradation of eco-systems with a focus on systemic change through nonviolent direct action. We share a love of nature and a vision of a more just and equitable world. WAND canvasses businesses across Washington with free Know Your Rights resources to help them know their constitutional rights during an ICE raid or I-9 audit.
